We are proud of the unique approach we are taking at Zephyrus Financial Services. We plan first and invest second, which means we work with clients to create a financial plan before we even start discussing investments. In fact, we believe this plan is so important we provide it for advisory clients free of charge. In addition to this “plan first” approach, we believe in developing relationships with our clients and continuously working hard for them.
In the process of building a plan for clients, we develop strong relationships and cherish these connections. We believe you need to know someone in order to understand their financial needs, goals, and dreams. Getting to know our clients on these deeper levels allow us to build trust and engage our clients throughout the planning process.
Listening is a big part of what we do, and we believe our success comes from our clients being heard and engaged with their financial plans. We keep all lines of communication open and encourage you to reach out at any time.
Not only do we work with you to build a customized financial plan, but we also work with you throughout the development and growth of your plan. We monitor all of our advisory accounts daily, which allows us to spot trends and adjust accordingly. We also update all of our clients’ plans annually. Life and markets are always changing, which is why we put in the work to make sure our clients have an accurate financial road map.
We pride ourselves in going the extra mile for our clients and spend a lot of time doing in-house research, testing models, and building plans. While we are based in Minnesota, we are able to work with clients throughout the country using award-winning technology. We also travel to clients and work with them in the comfort of their own home or office.
